Partner, Litigation — Rochester

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a national law firm’s Rochester office. The role focuses on managing and expanding a commercial litigation practice across state and federal courts, leading trial teams and advising corporate clients on dispute resolution strategy.

The team handles a broad mix of complex civil litigation matters. The position offers leadership responsibility, client development opportunities and collaboration with litigation colleagues across the firm’s U.S. offices.

• Proven track record of complex commercial litigation and courtroom experience.
• Ability to lead teams, manage matters and mentor junior lawyers.
• Active bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts.
• Demonstrable client development skills; portable business preferred.
