An established international law practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Riyadh team, focusing on restructuring/insolvency and regulatory compliance matters. The role combines client advisory work on domestic insolvency and out-of-court restructurings with regulatory and compliance work across the region.

The partner will advise corporate borrowers, creditors and stakeholders, and support regulatory responses and compliance programmes for regulated entities. You will join a busy team and have opportunities to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice or proven business development ability; this role is suitable for candidates across a range of seniority within partner level.

Proven partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and regulatory/compliance work.
Track record of leading complex restructurings or creditor-side insolvency matters and advising on regulatory matters in the region.
Strong client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate work is preferred.
Ability to manage and mentor teams and to work collaboratively across practice groups.
