Leading international law firm is seeking a senior restructuring partner to join its Dubai office and build out a market-facing restructuring and distressed-debt practice. The role will handle cross-border restructurings, workouts and creditor-side/debtor-side matters for financial institutions and corporates in the region.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role in the office s finance team, working closely with international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters and developing regional client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within an established global platform.

Lateral partner level with a proven restructuring/restructuring-adjacent practice.
Track record of handling cross-border restructurings, workouts or distressed-debt matters.
Strong business development skills and ability to bring or develop client relationships/portable work.
Experience leading teams and working with international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Admission or the ability to transfer/admit in relevant jurisdictions preferred.
