Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Projects practice in the Middle East. The role will be based in one of the region's key offices and will focus on infrastructure and project finance matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will lead cross-border financings and complex infrastructure transactions, advising sponsors, lenders and project stakeholders. This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for originating work, managing teams and building market presence in the region.

Established partner with a proven track record in project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Demonstrable regional experience in the Middle East (UAE and/or Saudi Arabia) on cross-border matters.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is required.
Strong leadership and deal-management skills; able to supervise teams and work on high-value, complex transactions.
