Senior partner hire to join a Dubai finance team focused on fund formation and investment management matters. The role will sit within a collaborative, cross-border practice advising institutional and alternative fund clients on structuring and commercial issues.

The team is looking for an experienced partner who can lead mandates, develop business in the region and work closely with other practice groups. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international platform and help grow a funds capability in the UAE market.

Established partner with a proven funds / investment management practice.
Qualified and able to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s) for the role.
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical experience in fund formation, fund structures and related finance or regulatory issues.
Comfortable leading teams and collaborating across international offices.
