Senior corporate partner role within a leading international law firm’s UAE office, focusing on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. The team advises sponsors, corporates and international investors on complex acquisitions and disposals across the Middle East and beyond.

The role requires transactional leadership: originating mandates, leading deal execution, and supervising junior lawyers on large, multi-jurisdictional matters. The team offers significant project work and collaboration with regional and international partners.

We are looking for an experienced partner with an established, portable transactional practice who can immediately contribute to business development and client coverage in the region.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and private equity, with significant cross-border transaction experience
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; demonstrable portable practice expected
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and excellent client-facing communication
Admission to practice or eligibility to be admitted in relevant jurisdiction(s); Arabic language skills advantageous but not required
