Senior transactional partner role in the Dubai office of a global law firm. The team advises corporate clients and financial sponsors on mergers & acquisitions and complex cross-border transactions across the region.

The successful hire will join an established, partner-led practice and be expected to originate and lead matters, work closely with senior colleagues across offices, and help grow the regional transactional platform.

Established partner with significant experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record of originating and leading cross-border deals
Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business
Ability to collaborate across a partner-driven team and develop regional client opportunities
