Leading international law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity and related capital markets and venture capital work for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will join a busy transactional practice, working on high-value deals across the UAE and wider Middle East. This is a client-facing role with significant opportunity to build and lead mandates locally.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A and private equity transactions.
Portable client base / demonstrable book of business and ability to originate mandates.
Strong regional experience on cross-border deals; familiarity with UAE market and regional practice preferred.
Excellent client relationship, business development and team leadership skills.
