Senior corporate partner role in Dubai for a leading international law firm looking to expand its regional M&A capability. The team focuses on corporate work across technology, IP, energy transition and infrastructure, with a strong pipeline of cross‑border matters and construction‑focused international arbitration links.

We are seeking a commercial, business‑focused partner who can immediately broaden the platform and collaborate with existing teams across these sectors. A portable practice and demonstrable origination/relationship record will be an important factor for consideration.

Established partner with substantial corporate/M&A experience, preferably with regional or cross‑border transactions.
Proven track record of business development and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination history.
Relevant sector experience in technology, IP, energy transition or infrastructure; international arbitration (construction‑related) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively across an international team and to win and service complex, cross‑jurisdictional mandates.
