Senior lateral partner opportunity with a leading international energy practice based in Dubai. The role focuses on non-contentious infrastructure and projects work across oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, advising developers, sponsors and financiers on large-scale transactions and project lifecycle matters.

The successful candidate will join a team active across the region and will lead client relationships and business development initiatives. This is a partner-level position for an experienced projects lawyer comfortable operating in the UAE and wider Middle East market.

Proven partner-level track record in non-contentious infrastructure / projects work within energy (oil & gas and renewables).
Demonstrable client development and relationship management experience; evidence of a portable book of business preferred.
Strong knowledge of project documentation, finance and commercial contracting for energy projects.
Experience advising in the UAE / Middle East markets and ability to work collaboratively with cross-border teams.
