Leading international law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to head and grow its maritime and broader transport practice in the Dubai office. The role focuses on leading high-value shipping and transport work, developing client relationships across the region and working with an established team of specialists.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing a regional book of business, advising on shipping, charterparty, cargo, admiralty and related transactional and contentious matters. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to shape and expand a market-facing practice in Dubai.

Proven partner-level experience in maritime and transport law with an established regional practice.
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and a portable book of business.
Experienced team leader with strong commercial judgment and business development skills.
Admission to a relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in the UAE (or right to relocate).
