Leading German-based law firm is recruiting a partner to strengthen its Securities and Finance & Banking practice in Munich. The role combines capital markets and transactional finance work, advising corporates and financial institutions on securities offerings, capital markets transactions and related financing structures.

The partner will lead matters, develop and manage client relationships, and collaborate across the firm s banking and capital markets teams. The firm is open to candidates with an established, portable practice and who can contribute to business development and cross-selling.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Germany with demonstrable partner-level experience in securities / capital markets and finance transactions
Track record of leading deals and managing client relationships
Proven business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; fluent German and English
