Lateral Partner — Tax, Dallas

A major international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its tax practice in the Dallas office. The role offers partnership-level responsibility within a well-resourced team that advises on a broad range of federal and state tax matters for corporate and private client work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group handling complex transactional and advisory tax matters, with access to cross-practice and national platform support. This is an opportunity to lead client relationships and grow a portable tax practice within an established firm structure.

• Established tax partner with substantial experience advising on corporate, transactional, and/or private client tax matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Proven client development skills; portable book of business encouraged
• Strong technical tax drafting and advisory abilities and experience working on cross-border or multi-state matters preferred
