Seeking an experienced partner to join a full-service US law firm’s Dallas office to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice. The role balances courtroom/controversy work with tax advisory matters and will sit within an established litigation group with firm-wide resources.

The team is seeking a partner with demonstrable trial and appellate experience in tax disputes, strong technical tax skills, and a track record of client development. The role offers support from a national platform and collaborative colleagues across related practices.

Partner-level experience handling tax controversy and litigation matters (trial and appellate experience preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of federal/state tax law and tax controversy procedures
Proven client-development skills; candidates with a portable practice will be considered
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and to collaborate across practice groups
Admission to the Texas bar (or willingness to obtain admission)
