The role involves advising on establishment and operation of investment and property funds, licensing and disclosure obligations, fund-related commercial agreements, due diligence, and corporate transactions including M&A. You will also contribute to team precedents, marketing activities and professional development initiatives.

2–4 years post-admission (PQE) with experience in funds management and/or financial services law; strong candidates with commercial/corporate or banking experience and enthusiasm for financial services will be considered
Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication and client-service orientation; ability to prioritise and manage workflow
Interest in innovation and process improvement; willingness to mentor junior team members
