Join a well-established national practice advising on construction and projects disputes from a Brisbane office. The role focuses on advising owners, contractors and other project participants on dispute resolution across adjudication, arbitration, expert determination and court proceedings.

You will work on complex contract- and construction-related matters, assist with pleadings and strategy, and support senior advisers in managing multi-party disputes and risk assessments. The team handles a mix of contentious work across public and private sector projects.

Admitted lawyer in Australia (admission required).
Practical experience in construction disputes, adjudication, arbitration or construction litigation.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills and familiarity with construction contracts and procedures.
Ability to work in teams, manage matter workflow and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
