Join a national full-service law firm’s growing Construction team in Sydney. The team focuses on construction dispute resolution, security of payment matters and contract drafting and review, acting for a mix of public sector clients and private developers across infrastructure, civil and residential projects.

The group offers collegial support, mentoring and flexible working arrangements, with regular collaboration across other practice areas and offices. This role provides exposure to both litigious work and back-end transactional drafting on large procurement and government-related projects.

1–4 years post-qualification experience in construction law (or equivalent experience in a well-regarded practice)
Exposure to or strong interest in litigated construction matters; security of payment experience desirable
Experience with contract drafting/review for construction projects; experience on government or large procurement matters advantageous
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team
