Join a well-regarded national general insurance team in Adelaide as a Lawyer or Associate (1–5 years post-admission). The role involves managing defended insurance matters with primary focus on compulsory third party (CTP) claims, alongside workers' compensation, public liability and other defendant-side insurance work. You will have carriage of your own files with appropriate supervision.

The team acts for major insurers and reinsurers and handles litigated files across a range of industries. 1–5 years post-admission experience (defendant-side insurance/claims preferred)
Experience in CTP desirable; alternatively workers' compensation, public liability, property/recoveries or abuse claims experience considered
Proven file management and courtroom experience including drafting court documents and instructions to experts
Strong legal research, clear concise written advocacy and attention to detail
