National pro bono team seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join a growing Pro Bono & Community practice. This permanent, full-time role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

The role involves providing high-quality pro bono advice and casework, coordinating referrals and clinics with community legal centres, undertaking secondments, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to related projects such as community funding, reconciliation and ESG initiatives.

The team has a broad social-justice focus including employment, consumer and elder abuse matters, debt disputes, and equity and human rights claims. The firm offers structured learning, flexible leave, WFH support and a supportive inclusive culture.

Minimum two years post-admission litigation experience.
Prior pro bono, human rights or social-justice experience preferred.
Strong legal writing, case-management and client-handling skills, including managing challenging or emotionally charged matters.
Ability to coordinate clinics and secondments, engage external stakeholders, and contribute to program development.
