An established Australian firm is seeking an Associate to join a large, collaborative Property & Estate Planning team in Brisbane. The role offers exposure across estate and succession planning, estate administration, and a range of property matters, with some involvement in commercial and corporate work.

This position provides close mentoring, regular feedback and structured professional development in a supportive, team-oriented office. You will act as day-to-day support on high-level property transactions, financing matters and personal wealth/estate matters.

Admitted lawyer with approximately 1–3 years’ relevant experience (pre‑admission experience considered)
Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and sound commercial judgment
Exposure to PEXA and property transaction workflows preferred
Experience or interest in estate planning, estate administration, probate, leasing, commercial contracts or related corporate matters
