Solicitor opportunity to join a busy Banking & Finance team in Brisbane. The role will involve advising on a range of lending transactions and secured finance matters for corporate and institutional borrowers and lenders.

You will work on transactional mandates across syndicated and bilateral facilities, asset-backed and commercial lending, and related security documentation. The team offers exposure to cross-practice matters and supportive senior lawyers, with opportunities for client-facing work and drafting complex documents.

Qualified solicitor admitted in Australia.
Experience in banking & finance or commercial lending transactions.
Strong drafting skills and working knowledge of facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements.
Commercial approach, ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively in a team.
