Join a busy civil and commercial litigation team in Montréal handling complex matters, including class actions, product liability, contractual disputes and related high‑stakes litigation. The role is hybrid and offers exposure across all stages of litigation from pleadings and evidence management to negotiations and court appearances.

The team works collaboratively across offices and practice areas; there are opportunities to participate in international arbitration matters where relevant. The group provides mentorship, professional development and support for candidates aiming to broaden their litigation experience and take on significant file responsibility.

Eligible to practise law in Québec
Approximately 5–6 years' experience in commercial/civil litigation in private practice, with class action experience
Excellent legal writing, analytical and advocacy skills
Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively in a team
Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken
Interest or background in international arbitration an asset
