Seeking an experienced compliance lawyer to join a Milan-based legal team focused on ethics, compliance and data protection. The role sits within a professional legal & tax services organisation and offers exposure to organisational compliance programs and privacy frameworks.

The successful candidate will work on preparation and implementation of organisational models under Legislative Decree 231/2001, privacy models and related risk assessments; support supervisory bodies/DPOs; take part in audits and whistleblower management; and deliver training. Structured on-the-job development and continuing professional education are provided.

Law degree (excellent academic record preferred)
Minimum ~2 years' post-qualification experience in law firms or comparable advisory roles, with background in Ethics & Compliance
Practical experience with Legislative Decree 231/2001 (preparation of Organisation, Management and Control Models) and risk assessments
Familiarity with GDPR/privacy models; experience in audits and supervisory body/DPO support
Knowledge of anti-corruption frameworks (e.g. Law 190/2012) or ISO 37001 is a plus
Excellent English and strong interpersonal, teamwork and training skills
