Join a busy Corporate & Commercial team in London handling a range of cross-border and domestic matters for international clients. The role offers exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and transfer of undertakings in a varied transactional practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers on transactions and advisory matters, prepare legal documentation and due diligence, and support client-facing work in a collaborative team environment.

UK law qualification (or about to qualify); additional/post-qualification experience or other-jurisdiction qualifications will be considered.
Experience in corporate and commercial work, ideally with exposure to M&A, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
Strong drafting, research and due diligence skills; excellent written and verbal English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
