Join a well-regarded corporate team in Perth providing genuine exposure to mergers & acquisitions, takeover work and equity capital markets matters. The role is hands-on and involves structuring, drafting and negotiating transactions across domestic and cross-border matters, with regular involvement in resource-sector and critical-minerals work.

You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers on high-value, complex deals and have opportunities to develop technical skills and commercial judgment in a supportive, team-focused environment.

2–5 years post-qualification experience in corporate M&A and capital markets
Experience on takeovers, ASX listings or equity capital raisings preferred
Strong academic background and commercial drafting skills
Able to manage competing priorities across multiple matters
High-level interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and a client-focused approach
