Seeking a commercial lawyer to join a leading international firm’s Barcelona office. The role sits in the Corporate practice and involves working on cross-border and domestic commercial matters, with a strong focus on real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and related corporate work.

The team offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and a broad client base across Spain and Latin America. The position is well suited to a candidate who is client-facing, commercially minded and eager to develop in a top-tier practice.

4–6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law with emphasis on corporate and real estate matters
Proven experience on M&A, joint ventures and/or real estate transactions
Strong academic record
Advanced English (minimum C1); additional languages advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively in an international, multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced commercial environment
