Apply in confidence →An established international practice is hiring a Knowledge Lawyer to support its Pensions sub‑practice across the EMEA region. The role sits within the pensions practice group and will coordinate and deliver knowledge content, training and know‑how initiatives to improve consistency and quality of pension advice across multiple jurisdictions.
Key accountabilities include developing and automating precedents and legal content, maintaining current‑awareness updates, managing know‑how input to global repositories, coordinating training, and supporting client‑facing thought leadership and proposals. The role will work closely with practice leadership and regional business partners in a matrixed environment.
This is a regional, part‑time role (0.4 FTE) with occasional travel. The postholder will be expected to champion adoption of knowledge systems and contribute to projects that integrate legal technology and AI into the Group's knowledge workstreams.
- Qualified lawyer (degree in law) with current licence to practise or eligibility for one
- Substantive experience practising pensions law in England & Wales
- Strong grounding in English contract law and pension‑related regulation
- Excellent written and spoken English, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Proven organisational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritise and deliver in a matrixed team
- Comfortable using Word and Excel; experience with or willingness to learn document automation, AI tools and legal technology
- Ability to travel occasionally; role is regional and part‑time (0.4 FTE)
