Well-regarded international law firm seeks a Munich-based Labor & Employment associate to join its German team. The role offers exposure to contentious and advisory employment matters across German and cross-border contexts, working closely with senior colleagues and clients.

The team is looking for a motivated, client-focused lawyer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can take responsibility for client interactions. Fluency in German and strong English language skills are required.

1–2 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment law
Successful completion of two German state law examinations (at least one VB)
Excellent written and verbal German and English
Strong teamwork skills and readiness to take responsibility in client matters
