Short-term to mid-length consultancy roles (typically six months or longer) supporting employment teams and in-house legal departments. You will advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters including litigation, HR projects, restructurings/redundancies, investigations, incentives & pensions, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

The role sits within a global legal consulting platform backed by a leading international law firm. Consultants receive dedicated operational support, access to training and knowledge resources, and on-assignment assistance from senior lawyers and professional support teams.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, preferably gained at a top-tier law firm.
Experience advising on employment litigation, reorganisations/redundancies, investigations, and employment aspects of M&A or large HR projects.
In-house experience or secondee background at a financial services or corporate client is advantageous.
Strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management and project-management skills; adaptable and able to transition quickly into new environments.
Right to work in the UK and a practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise in the UK; note that visa sponsorship is not available.
