Join a leading international Iberian law practice in Barcelona as a corporate lawyer with a strong real estate focus. The role involves advising on a range of commercial matters including real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate deals.

You'll work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team on client-facing matters in a top-tier legal environment, contributing to transactional work and supporting business development within the practice.

4–6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law with emphasis on corporate and real estate transactions
Proven transactional experience (M&A, real estate deals, joint ventures)
Advanced English (minimum C1); other languages an advantage
Strong academic record, teamwork orientation and adaptability to a multicultural, collaborative environment
