Join a market-leading Environment & Sustainable Development practice in Sydney as a junior lawyer. You will work closely with senior practitioners on a diverse mix of matters, including strategic and policy advice, major projects and transactions, and environmental litigation and dispute resolution.

Workstreams span environment, planning and sustainability matters for government agencies and large corporate clients across resources, infrastructure, energy and urban development sectors.

The role offers hands-on responsibility, mentorship from experienced team members and the chance to build technical, drafting and client skills within a high-performing team.

2–4 years PQE in a commercial law firm, with experience in environment and planning law
Strong academic record and well-rounded exposure to transactional, advisory and litigious matters
Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, proactive approach and ability to work with clients, consultants, counsel and junior lawyers
