Tertiary qualification in law and current Victorian practising certificate.
Minimum 3 years post-admission experience principally in insurance and litigation (plaintiff experience and exposure to recovery claims desirable).
Experience preparing court documents, settlement deeds, witness statements and instructing counsel; advocacy and negotiation experience preferred.
Strong research, drafting, time management and client relationship skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers.
