Join a leading international finance team in Sydney advising on complex corporate and leveraged finance transactions across sponsor-driven and corporate lending mandates. The role sits in a market-recognised global loans group and will involve working on larger-cap, structured and cross-border financings.

You'll work on a range of debt structures including unitranche, TLB-style facilities, holdco mezzanine and other sponsor-related financings, supporting senior lawyers on deal execution, negotiation and client engagement. The team offers flexible working, structured development programs and international secondment opportunities.

2–5 years' post-qualification experience in loan markets or leveraged finance (top-tier, strong mid‑tier firm or in-house experience considered).
Proven drafting, negotiation and analytical skills on complex finance documentation.
Commercial mindset with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Team player who can support and mentor more junior staff while working independently on transactions.
