Join a market-leading international real estate practice in Milan to work on a broad range of investment, development and asset-management matters. You will advise national and cross‑border investors, developers and investment vehicles on acquisitions, disposals, leases, construction and property-management issues.

The role involves close collaboration with funds, finance and tax colleagues to structure and execute real‑estate investments and related corporate aspects. This is a hands‑on position for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys transactional work and cross‑disciplinary teaming.

Qualified and admitted to the Italian Bar.
Approximately 2–3 years' post‑qualification experience in real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, leases, development and construction).
Good understanding of corporate aspects related to real‑estate investments.
Excellent drafting and communication skills in Italian and strong working proficiency in English; other foreign languages an asset.
Organised, service‑oriented, able to meet deadlines and work in a fast‑moving, international environment.
