Join a market-leading real estate practice in Milan as part of an international law firm’s Real Estate Investment team. You will advise national and cross‑border investors, developers and corporates on acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing, construction and property management matters.

The role involves close collaboration with funds, finance and tax colleagues to structure and execute real estate investments, and offers exposure to a broad range of transactional matters across the real estate lifecycle.

Fluent Italian and strong written and spoken English are required. The team values initiative, commercial awareness and a service mindset in candidates who want to develop a specialist real estate practice within a global business.

Qualified and admitted to the Italian Bar
Approximately 2–3 years PQE in real estate practice
Solid transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development); basic corporate knowledge an advantage
Excellent drafting and communication skills in Italian and English
Organised, service‑oriented, able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with cross‑disciplinary teams
