Join a national Restructuring & Insolvency team in Sydney working on restructurings, workouts, distressed-debt situations, creditor-side mandates and related insolvency matters. You will act for banks, funds, corporates, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors on a mix of complex financings and special-situations work.

The role offers hands-on exposure, mentorship from senior practitioners and opportunities to work across practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters. The team is collaborative and regularly leads significant restructuring and insolvency engagements.

3–5 years PQE in restructuring/insolvency, banking or finance law
Strong academic background and technically sound drafting skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop client relationships
Proactive approach to client service with strong time and project management
