- Qualified and admitted to the Italian Bar
- Approximately 4–5 years PQE (candidates in this range are likely to have the right experience)
- Solid background in commercial real estate transactions — acquisitions, disposals, leasing and construction
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in Italian and strong command of English
