Opportunity for a lawyer to join a transfer pricing team within a leading international tax practice in Milan. The role focuses on advising multinational clients on transfer pricing policy, documentation and economic analyses, and supporting transfer pricing risk management (including APAs, MAPs and tax audits).

You will work on cross-border advisory matters and tax compliance projects alongside a multi-jurisdictional team, contributing technical analyses and client-ready documentation while developing your transfer pricing and international tax skills.

Qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar
Approximately 1–3 years' post-qualification experience in international tax and transfer pricing
Practical experience with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking and economic analysis; exposure to APAs/MAPs and tax audits advantageous
Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; strong drafting and communication skills
Organised, client-focused, able to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment
