Growing real estate practice seeking a leasing attorney with strong commercial leasing experience to join a national real estate group. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related lease documents for office, industrial, retail and life sciences properties.

This position is open to candidates for multiple U.S. offices (including Atlanta) and offers a hybrid work model with some in-office expectations. You will act as lead on transactions, work directly with clients and third parties, and supervise more junior leasing lawyers.

Juris Doctor and admission to practice in the applying jurisdiction
Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience handling commercial leases (office, industrial, retail; life sciences a plus)
Track record drafting and negotiating leases and related documents (LOIs, work letters, SNDAs, lender subordination, transfer consents)
Substantial experience representing landlords preferred
Strong negotiation, drafting, analytical and client-communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters and supervise junior attorneys
