12-month fixed-term role in London within a global firm's Risk & Compliance function, working hybrid. You will own review and negotiation of client-facing contracts and respond to compliance queries, ensuring contractual terms and regulatory requirements are managed consistently across jurisdictions.

The role requires close collaboration with business teams and other legal functions to implement client commitments, shape commercially viable solutions, and maintain stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on position that balances legal rigour with commercial judgment.

Qualified lawyer with experience reviewing and negotiating client engagement or standard commercial contracts.
Practical understanding of compliance and risk-management principles; experience in a legal or compliance function desirable.
Strong problem-solving and clear, persuasive communication skills with commercial awareness.
Discretion handling sensitive matters and the ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders.
Available for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in London with hybrid working.
