Join a global legal consultancy platform that places experienced banking & finance lawyers into flexible, mid-to-long‑term assignments (typically six months or more) across financial institutions, asset managers and corporates. Assignments cover areas such as real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project and infrastructure finance and general lending.

This role is aimed at lawyers with 4–8 years’ post‑qualification experience who want control over the types of mandates they take and access to institutional resources and support while working on discrete engagements. You will work directly with clients and practice teams to deliver transaction-focused, high-quality advice on a variety of finance matters.

Applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship) and be comfortable operating as a self-directed consultant rather than a permanent employee.

4–8 years’ post‑qualification experience in banking & finance (transactional focus)
Experience in one or more of: real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project/infrastructure finance or general lending
Prior experience at a top‑tier law firm; recent in‑house or secondee experience at a financial institution is desirable
Practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise in the UK and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication; demonstrable project management and ability to integrate quickly into new teams
