Short-term/interim legal consultant role supporting commercial and technology matters across Abu Dhabi (with occasional Dubai opportunities). Typical assignments are 3–6 months full time, with flexibility for some roles.

The work focuses on drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and IT agreements — procurement, partnership, purchase, marketing, software licensing, infrastructure, managed services, development and data/storage agreements. Experience with AI-related issues and IP considerations is advantageous.

Successful candidates will join a global consultant platform and will be supported by an established professional team and knowledge resources while expected to operate with a consultant mindset and take ownership of their engagement and professional development.

5–7 years post-qualification experience in commercial and/or technology law (law firm or in-house).
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with procurement, partnership, purchase, marketing, software licensing and infrastructure/IT agreements.
Working knowledge of AI and IP issues desirable.
Prior Middle East experience and Arabic language skills preferred; practising certificate or equivalent to practise in the region required.
