Join a global legal consulting panel, working on interim assignments (typically six months, full time) across the UAE with occasional remote opportunities for nearby jurisdictions. Assignments are principally based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and cover a range of corporate and transactional matters.

The panel supports work across commercial contracts, technology, banking & finance (including project and Islamic finance), real estate, construction and project development, derivatives and structured finance, and corporate M&A. Consultants receive administrative and knowledge support from the platform and access to training and professional development resources.

4–8 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a top‑tier law firm in relevant specialism
Practising certificate or equivalent permitting regional practice
Experience in corporate/transactional matters such as M&A, commercial contracts, financing and project development
Ideally recent in‑house experience and prior Middle East exposure; Arabic language skills advantageous
Consultancy mindset — self-directed, flexible, able to manage own development and client relationships
