Finance Associate – Banking & Finance, Dubai

Senior associate role in the Banking & Finance team based in Dubai, supporting regional finance transactions and restructuring matters. The post involves advising on domestic and cross-border financings across leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate lending.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing documentation, conducting due diligence, supporting deal structuring and working across the full transaction lifecycle. The role offers direct client exposure and collaboration with colleagues across corporate and projects on market-leading matters in sectors such as real estate, energy, infrastructure and financial services.

• Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance law
• Experience in transactional finance; exposure to restructuring advantageous
• Strong drafting skills and ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters to deadline in a fast-paced team
