We are seeking an Associate to join a market-leading Global Financial Markets team in Dubai. This practice covers a broad and exciting range of finance work, advising governments, supranational entities, and the world's most successful financial institutions and companies on funding and risk management. The team works across practice groups and jurisdictions, shaping market practice through innovative, cutting-edge, and high-profile transactions, including industry firsts in sustainable finance and digital bonds.

The role involves assisting with day-to-day management of transactions, preparing legal documents for execution, conducting legal research, and drafting standard and complex documents including precedents. You will provide strategic guidance to clients, manage client expectations and project delivery, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualified lawyer, NQ–3 PQE
Self-starter with the desire and ability to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge
