An experienced corporate lawyer is sought for interim consulting assignments based in Abu Dhabi (with occasional Dubai or remote Saudi Arabia projects). Assignments are typically six months full-time, with some flexibility on working arrangements.

The role will involve transactional and cross-border M&A and other corporate work, supporting in-house and client matters across commercial contracts, project development, banking and finance-related transactions, and related corporate advisory matters.

Successful consultants will join a panel model providing access to high-quality, short-to-medium term assignments while retaining autonomy over career direction and development.

4–8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a top-tier law firm, with strong corporate/M&A and transactional experience
Proven experience on cross-border deals and complex commercial transactions
Preferable recent in-house exposure and/or experience working in the Middle East; Arabic language skills desirable
Consultancy mindset: self-directed, adaptable, professional, and comfortable managing assignments and client relationships
Valid practising certificate or equivalent entitling you to practise in the region
