A leading international law firm is recruiting experienced consultant lawyers to join its flexible consultant platform, undertaking primarily six‑month (or longer) assignments across the UK. Assignments sit with the firm's corporate and financial services clients and within its practice groups and cover front‑end M&A, corporate advisory and related transactional work.

Consultants are expected to take ownership of their careers, transition quickly into new environments and deliver high‑quality, commercially focused advice. The platform provides dedicated support, access to training and professional resources, and opportunities to work on varied matters across sectors.

Qualified solicitor with post‑qualification experience (PQE) typically 4–10 years depending on practice; corporate/M&A roles commonly 4–7 PQE.
Recent experience at a top‑tier law firm; in‑house secondee or recent in‑house experience is desirable.
Right to reside and work in the UK and an active practising certificate (or equivalent).
Strong commercial judgement, client‑facing skills and project management experience; adaptable, autonomous consultant mindset.
