Legal Consultant — Energy & Projects

Assignments are typically full-time secondments or in-house placements lasting around six months, with opportunities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and occasional flexible arrangements.
Work will involve advising on cross-border energy projects across upstream oil & gas, renewables and petrochemicals, including project development, project finance, EPC and offtake arrangements. Successful candidates will join in-house legal teams or be placed on secondment with major regional developers and operators.
- Qualified lawyer with 4–10 years' post-qualification experience
- Practical experience in energy projects — upstream, downstream or renewables (e.g. EPC, PPA, offtake agreements)
- Experience with project finance documentation and construction contracts desirable
- Strong commercial acumen and cross-border transactional experience in the Middle East region
- Available for six-month (typical) full-time secondments in the UAE; flexibility for in-house placement or client secondment
