Short-term legal consulting roles supporting fund formation and investment activities across the United Arab Emirates, with typical on-site assignments in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Assignments are commonly 6 months and require the ability to be resident or travel to client sites.

The role advises institutional investors, asset managers, sovereign and quasi-sovereign investors and family offices on structuring, establishment and operation of investment funds (private equity, debt, venture, real estate and Shari'a-compliant vehicles). Responsibilities include fund formation, cross-border transaction support, investor negotiation and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE in funds, investment management or private equity
Proven fund formation experience (private equity, debt, VC, real estate, Shari'a-compliant structures)
Strong cross-border transactional background and experience advising institutional investors
Practical knowledge of fund regulatory regimes, marketing/distribution rules and ongoing compliance
Available for on-site client assignments in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) and able to commit to typical 6-month engagements
