Short-term, consultant roles supporting funds and asset-management work across the UAE (typically Abu Dhabi or Dubai). Assignments are commonly full-time for 3–6 months and may offer flexible working arrangements.

Work will focus on fund formation and lifecycle matters including drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, side letters, management/advisory agreements), advising on GP/LP governance and carry structures, coordinating regulatory approvals, and supporting fund closings, secondary transactions and related M&A or re‑organisations.

Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience with strong funds practice background
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPA, PPM, subscription agreements, side letters, management/advisory agreements)
Regulatory experience with UAE regulators (DFSA, ADGM/FSRA, SCA and CBUAE) and leading fund closings
Experience advising on GP/LP governance, carried interest structures and secondary/co‑investment matters
Consultant mindset: flexible, client‑focused, able to work autonomously on fixed‑term assignments
Practising certificate or equivalent entitling you to practise in the region; Arabic language skills desirable
